Anyone rowing out of Boathouse Row? Or just needs a place to stay in Philly? HUGE bedroom available to sublet for the summer in a very clean house. Air conditioning, fully furnished, sunny (big windows), television, fridge -- everything! Just a bike ride away from boathouse row, great location (right on UPenn's campus), very cheap.
